How to add a new item and item group with prices in Smart Pro
Create a new item group in the item catalogue, then add an item with its code, units, sale price and purchase price — in under a minute.
Steps in this video

This is the item catalogue: all your items, organised in groups

To add a new group, click “+ New group”

Type the group name and click “Add”
- 4
Now add a new item: click “New” or press F2
- 5
Type the item name and choose its group
- 6
Under “Units & Prices”, enter the sale and purchase prices
- 7
Click “Save” or press F9 — the item is added with its code
