POS & cashier software for retail and supermarkets
Faster checkout, an accurate cash drawer at the end of every shift, and stock levels you can trust in real time.
A checkout that keeps the queue moving — and closes shifts without arguments
In a shop or supermarket, every second at the till matters. The Smart Pro point-of-sale screen lets cashiers scan a barcode, tap an item on the touch screen or search by part of its name, and the item lands on the receipt at the right price. Electronic scales are supported, so produce, meat and cheese are sold by weight without any manual calculation.
Customers can pay by cash, card or mobile wallet, and the system shows the change due. If a customer steps away to grab something they forgot, the cashier holds the invoice, serves the next person and reopens it later with all its items. Everything runs on your local network without internet, so sales never stop when the connection drops.
At the end of the shift the cashier enters the counted cash; Smart Pro compares it with the expected amount for each payment method, shows any shortage or surplus and prints the closing report immediately. Stock is deducted with every sale, so you always know your best sellers, slow movers and items about to run out — before the shelf is empty.

Frequently asked questions
Can a cashier sell an item that is out of stock?
You decide, with the “if the item balance isn’t enough” setting: block saving, ask and continue, or continue without asking.
Does it work with a touch screen and a thermal printer?
Yes. The POS screen is designed for touch and mouse, and receipts print on thermal or A4 printers with your own header.
Can I sell by weight from a scale?
Yes. Smart Pro connects to electronic scales and reads scale barcodes, so the item is added with its weight and price.
Will sales stop if the internet goes down?
No. The system runs on your local network between the server machine and the tills; internet is not needed to sell.
I have several cashiers and branches — is that supported?
Yes. Each cashier logs in with their own account, each branch has its own warehouse and cash drawer, and management sees all branches together in real time. Each extra computer is $90.
How much is the POS software?
Point of Sale & Inventory costs $180 as a one-time payment. You own it for life, and it includes installation, training and one year of support.
