Business keeps moving when you’re out of the office
A rep on the road needs to issue an invoice, collect payment and add a new customer — and there isn’t always a connection. The Smart Pro 12.1 rep app works offline: the rep sees today’s route and customers, creates invoices and receipts on the phone, and everything syncs with the system automatically when the connection returns. Where permitted, reps can also add new items from the “📦 New item” card.
You set each rep’s maximum discount and each customer’s credit limit, so nobody sells on credit to a customer who is behind on payments or gives a bigger discount than allowed. Today’s sales and collections are visible to the rep and to you.
The manager app shows cash and bank balances and key figures, and lets you approve operations that need your sign-off (up to two phones). Its employees tab lets you approve or reject leave, permissions and missions, recorded straight into attendance. The app is protected by a PIN that locks after 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes of inactivity, and the administrator sets each user’s PIN.
