How to create a credit or instalment sales invoice in Smart Pro

Steps in this video

   Type the customer’s name and select it — their balance appears alongside

   Add the items and quantities

3. 3

   Choose “Credit” — the whole invoice goes on the customer’s account

4. 4

   Or “Instalments”: a down payment and 6 months, with the instalment calculated

5. 5

   Save (F9) — the customer’s balance updates immediately

Who is this for?

Sell on credit to a customer while seeing their balance, or split the invoice into instalments with a down payment over 6 months; the customer’s balance updates on save. Recorded inside Smart Pro 12.1 with the Arabic interface (a full English interface is coming in the next update). The same steps work on every computer and branch.
