Frequently asked questions
Does the software need internet to work?
No. It runs on your own server machine and the other computers connect to it over your local network. You only need internet to access the system from outside the office.
Can I start with one system and add others later?
Yes. Add any system at any time and pay only for the addition, at the same price shown on this site. Activation is by code over WhatsApp with no reinstall, and all your data stays as it is.
How does activation work?
Inside the software: “Licence & Activation” → “Request activation”. Tick the systems you need, see the price just like on the website, and send the request on WhatsApp. Once payment is confirmed you receive the activation code — paste it on the server machine and you’re done.
Can I run it on several computers and branches?
Yes. The licence sets the number of computers alongside the server, each branch has its own warehouse and cash drawer, and all devices work together in real time.
Do I have to pay anything after the first year?
No. The software is yours and keeps working. Support and updates after the first year are optional, at 12% of the licence value per year. If you don’t renew, you stay on your current version; new updates come with support.
Can I add computers or rep phones later?
Yes, at any time, from inside the software. You pay only for the extra computer or phone, and the new code includes everything you already had.
Is the licence lifetime or time-limited?
Both are available: a lifetime licence or a fixed-term one, whichever suits you.
