Inventory & warehouse software for every branch

The balance of every item in every warehouse at a glance — with transfers, stock counts and item movement a click away.

Know what you have, where it is, and what it cost

Your warehouse is money sitting on shelves. In Smart Pro every item has a code, a group, units (piece and carton, for example) and sale and purchase prices, and every sale, purchase or return updates the balance of the warehouse it came from — instantly. You know the balance of any item in any branch without sending anyone to count.

If you run several warehouses or branches, a transfer note moves goods between them at cost, and the item’s balance in both warehouses is shown while you transfer. Stock counts let you choose the warehouses and the item group, show the balance and cost value of every item, and flag items that are about to run out.

The item card (item movement report) shows the opening balance, every incoming and outgoing movement on every invoice and the running balance after each one, so any count difference can be traced. Inventory comes with Point of Sale & Inventory, or as part of Sales & General Accounting for companies.

Frequently asked questions

Does it support more than one warehouse?

Yes. Create as many warehouses as you need, one per branch if you like, and transfer between them with a transfer note.

Can I sell by the piece and buy by the carton?

Yes. An item can have several units with a conversion factor, and the balance is shown in both.

Can I stop sales when an item is out of stock?

Yes. The “if the item balance isn’t enough” setting has three options: block saving, ask and continue, or continue without asking.

How do I know which items are running low?

The stock count report shows the status of every item and flags those about to run out.

Is the inventory software sold on its own?

Inventory comes with Point of Sale & Inventory at $180, or as part of Sales & General Accounting at $330.
