How to create a cash sales invoice in Smart Pro
A cash sale step by step: scan a barcode or search by name, totals and 14% VAT are calculated automatically, the journal entry posts on save, and you can print or send it on WhatsApp.
Steps in this video

The “Cash” customer and “Cash” payment method are preselected

Scan the item barcode and enter the quantity

Or type part of the item name and pick it

Total, 14% VAT and net amount are calculated automatically
- 5
Click “Save” (F9) — the invoice is saved and the entry posted
- 6
Print it or send it to the customer on WhatsApp
